Happy Birthday, Jayam Ravi: Iraivan actor celebrates birthday on the set of Genie

Jayam Ravi is celebrating his birthday today and wishes have been pouring in for the actor from fans and film fraternity. The Iraivan actor, in the meantime, rang in the special occasion on the sets of his upcoming film Genie. Genie is directed by Arjunan Jr and stars Krithi Shetty, Kalyani Priyadarshan and Wamiqa Gabbi.

Pictures of the Ponniyin Selvan 2 actor cutting the cake and posing with the film's cast and crew is now doing the rounds on the internet. What has also caught the attention of many is that the actor is sporting a toned look in the film. Isai Puyal AR Rahman, who had earlier scored the music for Jayam Ravi Ponniyin Selvan 2, is the film's composer. While the cinematography is by Mahesh Muthuswami, editing is by Pradeep E Ragav.

Jayam Ravi plays an aggressive middle-aged man, who is out for revenge . The actor is also seen sporting salt and pepper hair. Jayam Ravi sports two looks and the other look is that of a young person. The film is directed by debutant Antony Bhagyaraj, while Keerthy Suresh and Anupama Parameswaran play the leading ladies. GV Prakash Kumar has scored the music. While Selva Kumar is in charge of the cinematography, editing is by Ruben.
