Happy Raj OTT release: Where to stream GV Prakash’s romantic comedy entertainer

Happy Raj, the upcoming Tamil film starring GV Prakash in the lead role, is gearing up for its release in end of March. The makers had also released the trailer of the film recently. With only a few more days to go, Happy Raj’s post-theatrical streaming rights have been bagged by Prime Video.

Happy Raj, the GV Prakash starrer has been getting glorious early reviews, with the makers conducting special screenings. The entertainer, which also stars Sri Gouri Priya, Abbas and others, will release in a few days. However, after its theatrical run, Happy Raj, the film will stream on Prime Video. The streaming platform is expected to premiere Happy Raj sometime end of April, in multiple languages. Happy Raj is slated for a theatrical release on March 27.

What is Happy Raj about?

Happy Raj is touted to be a romantic comedy entertainer. The film revolves around the titular character who is seen to be jovial and looking out for a girl to go out with him. However, after multiple rejections, he finally gets accepted by one woman. But trouble brews when their parents get involved, leading to a hilarious turn of events.

Who is there in Happy Raj?

GV Prakash is headlining the film, which is written and directed by Maria Raja Elanchezian in his debut. Veteran actor Abbas makes a comeback to Tamil cinema, while actors Sri Gouri Priya, George Maryan, Geetha Kailasam and others also play important roles. The film has music scored by Justin Prabhakaran. The technical crew also includes cinematographer Madhan Chirstopher and editor by Selva RK.

Early reviews of the film have already praised Happy Raj, with those who watched it appreciating George Mariyan’s performance. Dhanush, who had released the trailer, also said that he had watched Happy Raj and that it is ‘super funny and surprisingly touching one’ from GV Prakash.
