In an interview with Zoom, Harbhajan Singh shared that he thinks Vicky Kaushal would be the perfect choice for his biopic. Praising him as a ‘brilliant actor,' Singh said, “Vicky is brilliant. He is Punjabi, and his accent is the same. Vo Doaba (a region in Punjab) wala hai, and we both belong to Doaba. Accent zabardast hai (Accent is solid). In terms of looks, he is more handsome than I am. But make-up se mere tarah bana lenge usko (smiles). He is a brilliant actor. Vicky can do it."

Agreeing with her husband, Geeta Basra also said that Vicky Kaushal would be the best to play Bhajji in his biopic. She said that Vicky is one of the finest actors that we have today. "Not only that, he is a Punjabi. He is tall and has a distinctive build and appearance. I feel he would be fantastic playing Bhajji in his biopic," Geeta said.
