The actress expressed his happiness on the good reception for his romantic comedy Sehari after its digital release

With the February release Sehari, Telugu cinema was introduced to another promising, budding actor, writer Harsh Kanumilli. The youngster surprised one and all with his fantastic comic timing, terrific screen presence in his debut film. In addition, his flavourful writing for Sehari didn't go unappreciated either. The film directed by Gnanasagar Dwaraka had him pair alongside Simran Chaudhary. Sehari, which also had a memorable music album by Prashanth R Vihari, released on aha on February 25, barely two weeks after its theatrical release.
While Sehari could elicit only a modest response from crowds in theatres, the film's OTT release has earned it many fans. No wonder that Harsh Kanumilli went onto post a recent tweet that read, "Sigh of relief when people are appreciating your movie! Thank you for all the love ❤️#Sehari" The digital platforms are turning out to be a boom for budding talents to showcase their worth and as rightly pointed out by Harsh, it's a relief that the medium is helping them earn their deserving due.
Produced by Advaya Jishnu Reddy under Virgo Pictures, Sehari has cinematography by Aravind Vishwanath and is edited by Ravi Teja Girijala. The story revolves around Varun, a confused youngster, who is yet to take charge of his life but decides to marry Alia, a match chosen by his parents. Varun, however, realises he has the hots for Alia's elder sister Amulya, who's four years elder to him. Abhinav Gomatam, Praneeth Reddy Kallem, Akshithaa, Sneha Velidindi, Koti, Balakrishna, Rajeswari Mullapudi and others too essayed key roles in the film.
