Sridevi was one of the most celebrated Indian actresses. She delivered many successful Bollywood as well as South Indian movies. Her untimely demise in 2018 due to accidental drowning left everyone shocked. It's been six years since her death but the actress continues to live in everyone's hearts. Recently, Boney Kapoor was asked if he believes in the idea of making a biopic on his late wife's life. To this end, the producer ruled out any possibility of doing so until he was alive.

Boney Kapoor dismisses chances of Sridevi's biopic?

In an interview with DNA, Boney Kapoor was asked if a biopic should be made on late actress Sridevi's life. Stating that his wife was a very private person, the producer said Sridevi's life should remain private. He doesn't think a biopic will ever be made on her life.

"Till the time I live, I will not allow this to happen," he told the publication. For the uninitiated, Sridevi got married to Boney in 1996. They were blessed with their first daughter, Janhvi Kapoor, in 1997. Three years later, the couple welcomed their second daughter, Khushi Kapoor.

Both the children are following in the footsteps of their late mother. While Janhvi made her Bollywood debut with Dhadak in 2018, Khushi ventured into acting with The Archies in 2023. Boney also has two other children, Arjun Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor, from his former late wife Mona Kapoor.
