MCU’s highly anticipated series Hawkeye is gearing up to release on Disney+ Hotstar. The makers have dropped the much-awaited trailer today. Jeremy Renner is set to reprise his character Hawkeye, while Hailee Steinfeld joins him in the series as Kate Bishop. It also features Florence Pugh, Vera Farmiga and Alaqua Cox in pivotal roles.

The trailer begins with a Christman celebration, where Clint Barton can be seen spending quality time with his family at a restaurant. He later meets Kate, who has supposedly taken Hawkeye’s mantle in the original comics. The two can be seen working together as vigilantes. In one of the scenes, Kate tells Barton that people call her the world’s greatest archer. The series seems sportive but full of actions like all the Marvel movies and shows, while it also gives a festive vibe. In the end, Barton quotes, “Ugh! This is some Christmas.”
