Hera Pheri 3 has been at the centre of all news after Paresh Rawal quit the film. He played the iconic character, Baburao, along with Akshay Kumar's Raju and Suniel Shetty's Shyam. After confirming his exit, the veteran actor also returned the signing amount, Rs. 11 lakh plus interest, to the production house. Now, a report mentioned that Akshay agreed to pay Paresh three times his regular fee, but still, the veteran actor walked off from Priyadarshan's film.

News18 reported that Akshay Kumar agreed to move forward with Hera Pheri 3 only after receiving Paresh Rawal’s nod. But things changed after the veteran actor exited midway. “He had said yes. He had also recently wrapped up Bhoot Bungalow with Akshay. Everything was moving smoothly until 15–20 days ago. Akshay even agreed to pay him three times his regular remuneration. And that was finalised. Still, Rawal suddenly backed out," a source told the news portal.
What did Paresh Rawal's lawyers say?
Speaking to IANS, Paresh Rawal's lawyers, the legal representatives Anand & Naik, claimed that the makers did not deliver the story, screenplay, and also a draft of a long-form agreement, which was fundamental to the engagement of their client.
"In the absence of these and also since Mr. Nadiadwala, the producer of the original films, issued notice to our client and raised issues on the making of the film, our client chose to exit and returned the money with interest by terminating the Term sheet," they said.

During the Housefull 5 trailer launch, Akshay was asked about Paresh's exit from Hera Pheri 3. He said, "I don't think I'm going to speak about it here because this is a matter which will be handled in the court."
Meanwhile, only time will tell the future of Baburao in Hera Pheri 3.
