Hera Pheri 3 is one of the most talked-about and much-awaited films. The first and second instalments received love from fans, and they have been waiting for the third instalment for ages. Social media started to celebrate when the news of Hera Pheri 3 surfaced with the teaser, expecting it to be released soon. However, a new report mentioned that Paresh Rawal has quit Hera Pheri 3, leaving Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty in the cast as of now.
Paresh Rawal quits Hera Pheri 3?
As per a Bollywood Hungama report, Paresh Rawal has decided to walk out of Hera Pheri 3. The source mentioned, “There were creative differences between the makers and Paresh Rawal. As a result, the actor decided to step down from the film.” When the portal contacted the actor, he confirmed the news and added, "Yes, it’s a fact.”

As the news is quite shocking because the Hera Pheri franchise is incomplete without Paresh Rawal and his iconic Baburao character, an insider informed the portal that there was a time when Akshay Kumar was also out of the film, in 2022 despite being the soul of the series but thankfully, he returned to the franchise. "Based on that episode, we hope Mr Rawal can also be back in the series," the source added.

Recently, Paresh Rawal confirmed to Bollywood Hungama that Hera Pheri 3 would go on floors in January or February of 2026. However, it would take time for Raju (Akshay Kumar), Baburao Ganpatrao Apte, and Shyam (Suniel Shetty) to come back.
Meanwhile, Akshay and Paresh will be seen sharing the screen space in Priyadarshan's Bhooth Bangla. The film will be released on April 2, 2026. Talking to the above-mentioned portal about the film, Rawal said, “It’s a stunningly shot movie of Mr Priyadarshan. No horror film in India has been shot this beautifully as Mr Priyadarshan has shot Bhooth Bangla. It's mind-blowing. Priyadarshan is a stunning filmmaker.”
Apart from this, Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Suniel Shetty will also be seen in Welcome To The Jungle.
