Hera Pheri 3 is one of the most-awaited films as fans await the OG trio's return - Paresh Rawal, Akshay Kumar, and Suniel Shetty as Baburao, Raju, and Shyam. But fans' hearts were broken when Rawal confirmed his exit from the movie. Weeks after the news, Paresh replied to a fan who told him, "You are the hero of this movie."

Paresh Rawal has already confirmed that he is no longer a part of Hera Pheri 3, but fans still do not want to believe the news. Likewise, on June 9, a fan told the veteran actor via X, "Sir please think Once again to join HERA FERI movie You are the hero of this movie." 

Replying to the post, Paresh Rawal wrote, "NO … There are Three Heroes in Hera Pheri" and added a red heart and a folded fan emoji. 

Paresh Rawal returns Hera Pheri 3 signing amount

According to Bollywood Hungama, Paresh Rawal has returned the signing amount, Rs 11 lakh, along with 15%  annual interest and an additional amount for Hera Pheri 3.

"Paresh Rawal has returned the signing amount of Rs 11 lakh with 15% p.a. interest and also a little more money for stepping away from the series," a source informed the portal.

On May 18, Paresh Rawal took to his X account and wrote, "I wish to put it on record that my decision to step away from Hera Pheri 3 was not due to creative differences. I REITERATE THAT THERE ARE NO CREATIVE DISAGREEMENT WITH THE FILM MAKER . I hold immense love, respect, and faith in Mr. Priyadarshan the film director." This post broke many fans' hearts as Hera Pheri 3 would not be possible without Paresh's Baburao. Now, time will tell about the update of Baburao's role.

Paresh Rawal's lawyers react to actor's exit from Hera Pheri 3

Speaking to IANS, Paresh Rawal's lawyers, the legal representatives Anand & Naik, opened up about the actor's exit from Hera Pheri 3. They said, “Admittedly, they did not deliver the story, screenplay and also a draft of a long-form agreement which was fundamental to the engagement of our client. In the absence of these and also since Mr. Nadiadwala, the producer of the original films, issued notice to our client and raised issues on the making of the film, our client chose to exit and returned the money with interest by terminating the Term sheet”.

Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal will be seen sharing the screen space in Priyadarshan's Bhooth Bangla. The film will be released on April 2, 2026. Apart from this, Akshay, Paresh, and Suniel Shetty will also be seen in Welcome To The Jungle.
