Hera Pheri 3: Real reason behind Paresh Rawal's exit revealed | Here's what actor's lawyers say

Hera Pheri 3 has been gaining attention even before it was announced, and the reason is that Paresh Rawal has quit the film. He played the iconic character, Baburao, along with Akshay Kumar's Raju and Suniel Shetty's Shyam. Fans who were expecting the OG trio to return to the third instalment, Rawal's exit confirmation broke their hearts. Amid this, the veteran actor also returned the signing amount, Rs. 11 lakhs plus interest, to the production house, cementing his exit from the film. Now, Paresh's lawyers broke the silence and shared important information regarding the matter. 

Paresh Rawal's lawyers react to actor's exit from Hera Pheri 3

In a new interview with IANS, Paresh Rawal's lawyers, the legal representatives Anand & Naik, reacted to the actor's exit from Hera Pheri 3. They said, “Admittedly, they did not deliver the story, screenplay and also a draft of a long-form agreement which was fundamental to the engagement of our client. In the absence of these and also since Mr. Nadiadwala, the producer of the original films, issued notice to our client and raised issues on the making of the film, our client chose to exit and returned the money with interest by terminating the Term sheet”.

Meanwhile, the lawyer addressed Firoz Nadiadwala, the cousin of producer Sajid Nadiadwala, and shared that the Phir Hera Pheri actor decided to quit the project to safeguard his interest and not let his relations with Firoz Nadiadwala suffer.

What did Paresh Rawal say?

The comment of the lawyers came after Paresh Rawal stated in an X post that his lawyer, Ameet Naik, has sent an appropriate response regarding the actor's rightful termination and exit. 

"Once they read my response all issues will be laid to rest”.As the day progressed, the actor’s lawyers drafted a watertight statement which brings to light the missing links in the story of Paresh Rawal’s exit from ‘Hera Pheri 3’," Rawal wrote.

On the other hand, on May 18, Paresh Rawal took to his X account and confirmed that he has decided to step away from Hera Pheri 3 was not due to creative differences.

Meanwhile, Hera Pheri was released in 2000, and Phir Hera Pheri was released in 2006.
