Paresh Rawal - Hera Pheri 3

Hera Pheri 3 is one of the most talked-about films of 2025. Fans have been waiting for the return of the iconic trio Baburao, Raju, and Shyam with the hands of Paresh Rawal, Akshay Kumar, and Suniel Shetty. However, Paresh recently confirmed that he has quit the film and wrote on X, "I wish to put it on record that my decision to step away from Hera Pheri 3 was not due to creative differences. I REITERATE THAT THERE ARE NO CREATIVE DISAGREEMENT WITH THE FILM MAKER . I hold immense love, respect, and faith in Mr. Priyadarshan the film director."

Deepika Padukone - Spirit

Reports indicate that filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga has removed Deepika Padukone from the Prabhas-starrer, Spirit. She is no longer a part of the project due to clashes over her demands. Following Deepika's exit, the makers cast Triptii Dimri. 

Kartik Aaryan - Mujhse Shaadi Karogi 2

As per reports, Kartik Aaryan has left Mujhse Shaadi Karogi 2 due to his busy schedule. Earlier, there were reports about the casting of the film that Kartik Aaryan and Varun Dhawan could replace Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar in the film. However, according to Times Now Navbharat, Kartik has distanced himself from this project.

Shraddha Kapoor - Ektaa Kapoor's film

According to PeepingMoon, Shraddha Kapoor has walked out of Ektaa’s upcoming flick due to a payment dispute. The report mentioned that Ektaa felt that Shraddha's fee demand was too high, especially for a women-centric film. Now the producers are searching for a new leading lady. Meanwhile, this upcoming film will be directed by Rahi Anil Barve of Tumbbad fame.

Diljit Dosanjh - No Entry 2

Filmfare reported that Diljit Dosanjh has stepped away from No Entry 2, co-starring Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor, due to creative issues. A source informed the portal, "Diljit was very excited to collaborate with Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor. But over the last few weeks, he couldn't align with the film's creative ideas. That's why he's decided to leave the project because of creative differences."

However, producer Boney Kapoor has stated that the issue was primarily due to date conflicts.
