Here is what Sauraseni Maitra has to say about alleged ‘Ex’ Nikhil Jain

Sauraseni Maitra has been keeping busy these days. After completing her shoot in Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy’s Amar Boss with Rakhee Gulzar and others, the actress went to North Bengal to shoot Raj Chakraborty’s Babli with Subhahsree Ganguly and Abir Chatterjee. In February, she will also work in Pathikrit Guha’s Shastri with Mithun Chakraborty and Debashree Roy. Soham Chakraborty is the producer of this film.

Besides her works, Sauraseni has also been in the news due to her alleged relationship with Kolkata’s businessman and former husband of Nusrat Jahan Nikhil Jain. Recently, speculations have been rife that they parted ways. Neither Sauraseni nor Nikhil made any comment on their relationship before. Even now, the actress did not make any comment. 

However, in an interview with OTTplay, the Taj: Divided by Blood-actress quipped that she gets to know about her relationships from the media. Commenting on her love life, she said that she has a lot of love in her life but nothing interesting is happening in her ‘love life’. “I get to know more about my personal life from media than I know myself,” she said.

When asked about Nikhil, Sauraseni said, “We used to be friends and we continue to be friends. Rest, I leave on the readers’ imagination.”
