Here's how Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal celebrated their first Diwali as a married couple

This year was Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif's first Diwali together as a married couple. And based on the photos they shared on social media, it appears that the couple had a wonderful time celebrating their first Diwali together!

Katrina wished everyone a happy occasion on Monday by sharing a few photos on Instagram. In the pictures, Vicky looks sharp in a white kurta, and Katrina seems to be wearing a gold-sequined saree.

The pair had previously performed Lakshmi puja at their home together. Vicky posted a picture of himself and Katrina doing the Puja on his Instagram. "Ghar ki lakshmi ke sath lakshmi puja ho gayi. Aap sabhi ko humari taraf se shubh Deepavali," penned Vicky.

On December 9, 2021, Vicky and Katrina exchanged vows in Rajasthan in front of their closest friends and family.

On the professional front, Katrina is presently preoccupied with Phone Bhoot promotion. On November 4, the movie Phone Bhoot, directed by Gurmmeet Singh and written by Ravi Shankaran and Jasvinder Singh Bath, will be released. Ishaan Khatter, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Jackie Shroff also play major roles in the movie. Double XL, the film starring Sonakshi Sinha and Huma Qureshi, and Phone Bhoot, will compete at the box office.

Alongside Salman Khan, Katrina will star in the next action film, Tiger 3. She will also be in the movie Merry Christmas, which is directed by Sriram Raghavan and stars Vijay Sethupathi. She also has a deal with Excel Entertainment to be in the movie Jee Le Zaraa with Alia Bhatt and Priyanka Chopra Jonas.

Vicky, on the other hand, was last seen in the popular Shoojit Sircar movie Sardar Udham, which was a historical drama. He will soon be seen with Sara Ali Khan in the upcoming romantic comedy flick by director Laxman Utekar. The movie is being made by Maddock Films, and no date for its release has been decided.

He is also working on the upcoming comedy Govinda Naam Mera, with Bhumi Pednekar and Kiara Advani, the untitled film with Triptii Dimri, and the biopic Sam Bahadur, with Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Sheikh, which is being made by Meghna Gulzar.
