Here's what you can expect from Ted Lasso Season Two Episode 1

Fans who were wondering if the second season is going to be as good as the first one do not have to wait any longer since the second season is finally here! The season takes forward the story of Ted Lasso as the coach of the football club AFC Richmond. The first episode of the second season is titled Goodbye Earl. It is directed by Declan Lowney and penned by Brendan Hunt.

The second season takes off where the first ended - we are thrown right back into action right in the midst of the game. As usual, the team faces some conflict on and off the field. The characters Coach Beard, Ted Lasso, Nathan and Rebecca have returned in the fashion that the fans had hoped.

Jamie returns in the second season too. One of the most fascinating storylines of season two is Roy’s journey. His relationship from the first season takes the next step too. Both the characters - Roy Krent and Keeley Jones' chemistry is something to look forward to. Viewers also get to see Roy in full form in the season as he is coaching his niece’s soccer team.

Apart from the warmth of the show, dry humour, witty nature and banter, the show is expected to explore more layers of the characters who we did not get to see in season one. The biggest surprise comes in the form of Ted Lasso himself, who the show is based on.
