Here’s when the first look of Pisaasu 2 will be out!

Director Mysskin has revealed the date when the first look of Pisaasu 2 (his sequel to the 2014 gothic horror movie Pisaasu) will be out. Mysskin took to his Twitter handle to deliver the news to his fans.

The tweet reveals that the first look poster will be released on August 3, Tuesday at 6 PM. The character poster of Andrea Jeremiah, donning an Anglo-Indian outfit eerily looking into the camera, was out recently.

The movie is produced under Rockfort Entertainment. According to reports, the shoot has neared completion. The final schedule is to be shot in a forest in Dindigul. The producers have erected a massive set for the climax of the movie.

The movie boasts of an ensemble cast with Andrea Jeremiah playing the lead role with Vijay Sethupathi and Poorna playing supporting roles. Rajkumar Pitchumani, who played the antagonist in Mysskin’s last directorial Psycho, is also roped in for a crucial part. Music will be composed by Karthik Raja, who returns to the industry after a sabbatical.

Mysskin, on the other hand, began Pisaasu 2 after dropping out from Thupparivalan 2 due to personal differences with actor Vishal. Although it is hinted that star kid Atharvaa Murali will play the hero in Pisaasu 2, the makers have remained mum about the news. Andrea, meanwhile, is looking forward to multiple releases including Aranmanai 3 and No Entry. She was last seen in Vijay-Vijay Sethupathi starrer Master as the archer Vanathi.
