Hidden Taste Of Gujarat: Get ready to explore Gujarati cuisine beyond sweets

Gujarati cuisine is often stereotyped with sweets. Gujaratis indeed love their sweets, but there’s more to their delicacy which remains untapped.

Exploring the same, chef Smit Sagar takes viewers on a journey to his hometown in Gujarat. Beyond food, he digs deep into their culture, giving viewers a glimpse into what the beautiful state is really like.

Smit will visit Rajkot, Mangrol, Surat, Dwarka and Ahmedabad, among other places. All of the mentioned places boast of a rich culture, which is best experienced than told.

Even though the show is set in Gujarat and will have various Gujarati connotations, it is available to the viewers in Hindi too. Hidden Taste of Gujarat will release on MX Player on July 9.
