Hit 2 Box Office Collection Day 2: Adivi Sesh's thriller sustains its momentum, to enter profit zone today

Adivi Sesh has done it yet again. He has scored his fifth hit in a row with Hit 2 after films like Major, Evaru, Goodachari and Ami Thumi. The thriller was the second instalment in the Hit franchise, written and directed by Sailesh Kolanu and produced by Prashanti Tipirneni, presented by Nani under Wall Poster Cinema. Meenakshi Chaudhary played the female lead in the thriller that also starred Suhas, Komalee Prasad, Tanikella Bharani and others. 

The film has grossed Rs 20.1 crore in just two days across the globe, the makers officially confirmed. "BLOODY BLOCKBUSTER duo of #HIT2 🔥 KD - MAX hit it BIG in 2 Days with 20.1 CR GROSS WORLDWIDE ❤️‍🔥," Wall Poster Cinema's social media handle read. In terms of share, Hit 2 has collected close to Rs 11 crore, reports Idlebrain.com and the film is expected to reach the break-even stage (Rs 15 crore) by today i.e. December 4. 

One of the most important reasons behind Hit 2's success is its smart budgeting; the commerce wasn't exaggerated just because Adivi Sesh was in the middle of a great run. The film was made at a budget that was right for the story - nothing more, nothing less. Adivi Sesh, much like his counterparts Nani and Nikhil, has earned the trust of audiences with their consistency and it's important for the actor to be all the more careful about his story selection henceforth.

With songs by MM Sreeleekha and Suresh Bobbili, Hit 2's background music was scored by John Stewart Eduri. S Manikandan cranked the camera for the same and Manisha A Dutt was the production designer. Edited by Garry BH, the costumes were designed by Prashanti Tipirneni. Krishna Kanth penned the lyrics.
