HIT 3 is all set to hit the screens on May 1, 2025, in a big way worldwide. There is a massive craze for this film, and Nani is leaving no stone unturned to make this film a smash hit at the box office. The Jersey and Gentleman actor plays a negative role for the first time in his career and will be seen as a cop, Arjun Sarkaar, in this film directed by Sailesh Kolanu.
The film is finally done with its censor and has obtained an A certificate. A few days ago, we at OTTplay had already revealed that Nani was fighting hard with the censor officials to get a U/A certificate, but that plan of his has not worked one bit, as the officials denied giving him a U/A certificate.
Nani, in one of his recent interviews, stated that A certification will limit the reach of the film, and it will surely happen once the film releases. Also, the news is that the runtime of HIT 3 has been locked at two hours and thirty-seven minutes, which is quite lengthy for a thriller. But director Sailesh Kolanu is quite confident that HIT 3 has enough meat to keep the audience interested.
He too needs to prove a point, as his last film, Saindhav, with Sankranthiki Vasthunnam star Venkatesh, ended as a big flop at the box office. There is news that Kshanam fame Adivi Sesh will also be seen in a cameo in the third part of this HIT franchise.
Nani will be seen as a cop for the first time in his career, and there is news that he will be seen in a double role in the film. This news is not yet confirmed but has excited the fans in a big way. The bookings have opened and HIT 3 has already grossed $150K in the US. Back in the Telugu states too, HIT 3 will open big and will surely clock Nani's biggest day one numbers for sure.
Netflix has grabbed the digital rights to the film for a fancy price and will stream the cop thriller in the last week of May 2025. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
