Hostel Daze 2: The White Tiger’s Adarsh Gourav returns in the second season of the TVF’s series

The hostelites are back. The TVF team dropped the teaser of Hostel Daze 2, starring The White Tiger fame Adarsh Gourav, on Thursday. The other cast members will also be reprising their characters from the last season including Ahsaas Channa, Nikhil Vijay, Ranjan Raj, Ayushi Gupta and Shubham Gaur.

The teaser reveals that the show will continue in the same hostel with its inmates. While Adarsh compares their seniors with mongrels, his roommate, played by Shubham, compares their hostel room with Delhi-NCR’s pollution. The protagonist can be seen complaining about the mess food too. The promo video of the upcoming instalment, also shows that the girls will finally enter the boys’ hostel.

Adarsh shared the teaser on his Instagram and captioned, “End-sem mein toh lag gayi, but nothing can stop us from coming back to the hostel! #HostelDazeOnPrime Season 2 out on July 23!”

Meanwhile, TVF shared a creative poster on Instagram on Thursday that features all the main characters from the show with the exact same caption as the actor. The trailer of the show will drop soon.

Adarsh was lauded for his performance in the Netflix film The White Tiger alongside Rajkummar Rao and Priyanka Chopra, who also executively produced the adaptation of Aravind Adiga's 2008 novel of the same name. The 27-year-old actor won the Snow Leopard Rising Star in Asian World Film Festival and was nominated for Best Actor in a Leading Role in BAFTA with multiple international stars including the late Chadwick Boseman and Anthony Hopkins.

Hostel Daze 2 has been scheduled to release on July 23 on Amazon Prime Video.
