House of Gucci trailer: Lady Gaga as Patrizia Reggiani plans and plots the downfall of the fashion house

The new trailer for House of Gucci is out ahead of its Thanksgiving release. The film directed by Ridley Scott is based on the book The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour, and Greed penned by Sara Gay Forden. House of Gucci has an ensemble cast and the new trailer features Lady Gaga who plays Patrizia Reggiani plotting the downfall of Gucci after marrying Maurizio Gucci played by Adam Driver.

The trailer gives a glimpse into the whole Gucci family including Jared Leto as Paolo Gucci, Jeremy Irons as Rodolfo Gucci and Al Pacino as Aldo Gucci. Even Salma Hayek makes an appearance in the trailer with her role as Giuseppina Auriemma aka Pina. 

The selfish motive of Patrizia is well performed by Lady Gaga in the parts shown in the trailer. The actor-singer has oozed into the skin of her character which makes her also the actor to watch out for. Her heavy Italian accent and over-the-top stylish dresses are the instant attention-seeking in the trailer. 

The true-crime drama shows 'Gucci needs new blood' as said by Gaga and her character takes it to the literal sense. 

House of Gucci also features Camille Cottin, Jack Huston, Mãdãlina Ghenea, Reeve Carney and Youssef Kerkour in supporting roles. 

The story is by Becky Johnston while she penned the screenplay with Roberto Bentivegna. While MGM Studios has produced the film.

The first trailer for House of Gucci was unveiled this year and every character poster left an impressive mark on the fans. The film which is a biopic can be touted as high in fashion, crime and suspense. 

The much-awaited House of Gucci is finally getting a theatrical release on November 24, 2021.
