Chris Hemsworth, soon to be seen in Furiosa: The Mad Max Saga, felt like date nights with his wife Elsa Pataky. This is because they both worked on the movie together. The actor had recently shared to GQ how it was beautiful to know each other six years ago, which was half-way through their relationship. They could manage life better once their kids grew up. He also praised Elsa for the ‘sacrifice, commitment, work, support and forgiveness’ throughout their relationship.
What Chris said
“It's just like date night for us,” Chris told People. He spoke about having three kids (12 year-old India Rose, and 10 year-old twins Sasha and Tristan) who follow them everywhere they go, which does not allow them for date nights. Furiosa let them have the very outings they needed. The actor further said that it meant ‘everything’ that they got to act together. “You get sort of parent roles and, you know, you desperately try and find moments with the two of you on a film set. I'll take it, I'll take what I can,” he added.
Their last movie together
Elsa worked in Thor: Love And Thunder, which released in 2022. The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) film, which sees Chris in the lead role, saw Pataky in the role of Wolf Woman. While the movie did not work as expected, it is still a Marvel film and a lot of fans streamed the movie on OTT to follow the story.
Chris-Elsa’s roles in Furiosa
Chris is seen one of the leading characters, Dr. Dementus. He is the leader of the Biker Hoarde in the Mad Max movie. Meanwhile, Elsa plays the Vulvalini General in the film. Starring Anya Taylor-Joy in the lead role of Furiosa, the movie will be out in theatres on May 24.
