Not only fans but Hrithik Roshan is equally excited about directing his dream project, Krrish 4. Krrish, one of the biggest superhero franchises is all set to release its fourth instalment. A few days ago, Rakesh Roshan confirmed that his son and actor will direct the movie and shared an emotional post on his Instagram account as well. Now, in a new interview, Hrithik opened up about directing Krrish 4 and admitted that he is quote nervous.

During a recent fans meeting session in Atlanta, USA, to celebrate his 25-year run in Bollywood, Hrithik Roshan shared opened up about directing his dream project, Krrish 4.
He shared, “I directed the making of Koyla. And now I’m going behind the camera again. Good luck to me. I can’t tell you all how nervous I am, I’ll need all the encouragement I possibly can get."
Rakesh Roshan announces Hrithik Roshan’s directorial debut
Rakesh Roshan took to his Instagram account and shared a picture with Hrithik to announce the latter's directorial debut with Krrish 4. The filmmaker wrote, "Duggu, 25 years back I launched you as an actor, and today again, after 25 years, you are being launched as a director by two filmmakers—Aditya Chopra & myself—to take forward our most ambitious film, #Krrish4. Wishing you all the success in this new avatar with good wishes and blessings!"
While speaking to Pinkvilla, Rakesh Roshan added that Hrithik has a clear and very ambitious vision for taking Krrish’s journey forward with the audience for the next decades and the veteran filmmaker couldn’t be prouder to see his son wear the director’s hat for a film that means the world to them as a family.
"Krrish has entertained audiences worldwide, and now Hrithik will reveal the next chapters of this superhero saga, taking the vision I created so many years ago to even greater heights," he shared.
Rakesh Roshan also said that Hrithik and Aditya Chopra will transform Krrish 4 into a theatrical experience never created in India. Meanwhile, the portal revealed that Krrish 4 will go on floors in early 2026.
