On this special day, Hrithik Roshan penned a heartfelt note for his ‘yaara’ Siddharth Anand. In it, Hrithik expressed, “Here's to 10 years of our creative collaborations yaara! Today marks 9 years since ‘Bang Bang’ was released, 4 since ‘War’ was released, and our ‘Fighter’ is on the horizon. Started off shooting with a bang on the rooftops of Shimla, and now we are set to soar in the blue skies. May we always fight on, side by side to bring our visions to life!”
Encouraged by the favorable reception of the film "War," filmmaker Siddharth Anand notably decided to transform it into a franchise. In the future, Siddharth plans to direct a film titled ‘Tiger vs. Pathaan’ which will be a part of the franchise.

"Fighter" is an anticipated action film helmed by director Siddharth Anand and backed by Viacom18 Studios and Marflix Pictures. Featuring a star-studded cast including Deepika Padukone, Hrithik Roshan, and Anil Kapoor, the movie marks the inaugural installment in an envisaged aerial action franchise.
Originally slated for a theatrical debut on September 30, 2022, "Fighter" faced delays attributed to disruptions in production caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Following several reschedules, the film is now set to hit theaters on January 25, 2024, aligning with Republic Day, after overcoming the challenges posed by the pandemic-induced delays.
