But the difficulty of executing the idea to overthrow her husband is a lot lower than liberating a country into Enlightenment, especially when the country isn’t wanting it. She is single-mindedly determined to bring Enlightenment to Russia, for which she locks horns with her court, her team, and her mother as well. Will the hateful relationship with her husband Peter soften as he turns into her ally or lover? Catherine will also realise many things en route to her journey as the ‘great’. There are a lot of learnings, the need to accept change from the country to change a country.
