The trailer of Sunny Kaushal and Nushrratt Bharuccha starrer has dropped today. The Nikhil Nagesh Bhat directorial also stars Vijay Varma in a major role. Meanwhile, fans have been loving the theme of this social-romantic drama and praising Sunny's character in the latest video as well.

Based on the issue of caste reservation, the official trailer unveils that Sunny and Nushrratt are the young romantic couple in the film. The video also sees the actor preparing to become an IAS officer, while he gets trapped in Vijay Varma's power politics.

One of the fans loved Sunny's style and his character in the film and shared a few snippets of the protagonist from the movie. The Twitter user also mentioned a dialogue of the actor from the film in the post. The caption reads, "Daddu Thakur did not come here to playyy #Hurdang will be releasing on 8th April 2022 and I’m counting on y’all to go watch it on the big screen (Sic)."

Meanwhile, a movie buff mentioned that he will watch it on first-day first show. The Tweet reads, "Saw the trailer of #Hurdang Now i got its a movie not a single We were speculating so many things But it would be nice to watch it in theaters on 8th April. 20 sept ka pata nahi but 8 tareekh ko allahabad zaroor band hoga First day first show done (sic)."

Fans are also applauding the fact that is raising an important issue of caste reservation. A Twitterati posted, "Woah!!! Now the real issues are being dragged in Bollywood. Yes the reservation aka आरक्षण #Hurdang (Sic)."
