Hush Hush Twitter reaction: Kritika Kamra as much love as Juhi Chawla in their ‘watchable’ series

Juhi Chawla has made her acting comeback of sorts with her latest web series, Hush Hush. The actress made her OTT debut in a lead role with this show. However, it is Kritika Kamra and to an extent Karishma Tanna who are receiving more love.

Twitter was divided on their view about the series. They found Hush Hush watchable and were delighted to see Kritika on screen.

A section of netizens compared the show to Harlan Coben type series which cannot hold till the end. Another section was disappointed that there were fewer episodes on the show, since they wanted more out of it.

Karishma Tanna plays the role of a cop in the series. She is joined by two of the most sought-after cops from the Prime Video universe - Hathiram Chaudhary, played by Jaideep Ahlawat from Pataal Lok and JK Talpade, played by Sharib Hashmi from the award-winning show The Family Man.

Apart from Juhi, Kritika and Karishma, this series stars Soha Ali Khan, Ayesha Jhulka and Shahana Goswami in the lead roles. Chaitannya Choudhry plays the male lead in the film.

Hush Hush is a murder mystery among the upper-class women. It brings the five characters together in the most unusual way, to form a story that hopes to grip the audiences.

The show Hush Hush is created by Tanuja Chandra and produced by Vikram Malhotra, under the production house Abundantia Entertainment. It has started streaming on Amazon Prime Video from September 22.
