Hustlers OTT release date - Here's when and where to watch the inspirational start-up drama

Amazon miniTV is currently teeming with promising and fresh content for youngsters and young-at-heart adults, with content like Physics Wallah; Slum Golf; Highway Love; and Half Love, Half Arranged. Hustlers- Jugaad Ka Khel is an upcoming miniTV original, Amazon’s in-app, free OTT platform, on January 24.

The show dropped its trailer on January 19, 2024. Starring Vishal Vashishtha, Samir Kochhar, Maharshi Dave, Anjali Barot, and Anurag Arora, the series shows the struggle of a young boy against the system, to escape the rat race and establish his own empire .

The trailer shows a hopeful Sanjay Sharma, essayed by Vishal Vashishtha, who intends to drop out of the esteemed ICE college and open a start-up of his own. Hailing from a middle-class family with a controlling and traditional father becomes a major hurdle on his journey. But Sanjay is dynamic and creative, he refuses to suffer any setbacks.

Set during the 2010s start-up boost of Mumbai, Hustlers follows Sanjay’s journey with his brainchild ‘Apna.pg.com’, a new and smart approach towards affordable paying guest housing. Unfortunately, his father is rigid on the idea of him at least getting a job before leaving everything to run his own business. 

A gritty tale of survival, instinct, and creativity, it shows the realistic and intense struggle that accompanies every dream that others call impossible. An interesting detail about the show is that it is inspired by true events. Hustlers paints a convincing picture of the struggle, effort, and dedication hustlers put in as they try to balance life, family, and career.

Protagonist Vishal Vashishtha has shared with Amazon his opinion about the script of Hustlers and its relevance among the youth, “This script hits home in the current milieu of flourishing entrepreneurship.” He further disclosed that the narrative evocates the flexibility, dedication, and ambition required to succeed professionally in today’s world.
