HYBE under fire: Sexual harassment scandal rocks &TEAM's offline event

HYBE Entertainment is under fire after fans, who had come for the most recent &TEAM offline fan sign event have gone to write about the sexual harassment they faced. Fans flooded social media talking about the horrible things they experienced.

The incident took place when the fans were getting checked before entering the venue. Female fans went on to write about the security teams touching them in places and making them uncomfortable.

While checking is needed to ensure the safety of the idols and a bodily search is required, but it is also crucial to know when a line needs to be drawn. 

Here is what some of the fans wrote: 

One wrote, "Wow, it’s the first time in my life that I’ve had someone check my bra at a fan sign event. My mom doesn’t even touch my breasts…"

They continued to say, "They actually said, 'I'm going to touch your breasts now' and suddenly touch them".

Another wrote, "How can anyone not think that this is sexual harassment and a crime? 'I'm going to touch your breasts now.' I literally laughed out loud because this is the strangest sentence I've ever read".

One fan wrote, "They pressed my upper breast then my lower breast, it was almost like they were caressing them. I was so shocked I said, 'This is just my breast…'"

The post shocked fans and internet users, who hoped the netizens would report it as sexual harassment.

Many are even waiting for HYBE to reply to these accusations.
