IB71 trailer: Vidyut Jammwal’s spy-thriller looks promising

Vidyut Jammwal is back in action. The hero has unveiled the trailer of his upcoming film, IB71 and one thing is for sure, you will be left intrigued with the film. Right from the music to the intriguing plot, everything about the trailer will make you wonder what’s next for this actor.

The trailer of IB71 is very meticulously crafted. It begins with a scene which leaves you very confused. The two minute clip then ends with the very scene and leaves you with a sense of relief but not to the extent that you understand the plot completely and hence, do not see a sense in watching the film. IB71 has the thriller aspects intact, even in the trailer.

The film talks about the mission that helped India win the 1971 war. The war is the Indo-Pakistan war, after which Bangladesh was formed.

Here, you get a hint of China being involved in the matter too. In fact, Vidyut has a very whistle-worthy dialogue in the trailer, where he claims that he will ensure that Pakistan will help India win the war and he would make sure of it. As an actor, he convinces you with the scene.

IB71 is directed by 2017 war film Ghazi’s director Sankalp Reddy. The movie is produced by Vidyut along with Abbas Sayyed, Aditya Shastri, Aditya Chowksey and Shiv Chanana. It is Vidyut’s first production under his banner, Action Hero Films.

IB71 also stars Anupam Kher and Vishal Jethwa in pivotal roles. It is slated to release in theatres on May 12.
