Ibrahim Ali Khan is the son of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh. He made his Bollywood debut with Nadaaniyan, co-starring Khushi Kapoor. However, the film as well as their acting faced criticism on social media. In a new interview, Ibrahim opened up about the changing nature of stardom in 2025 and cited examples of his father, Saif, and other actors, such as Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Ranbir Kapoor.
Speaking to Filmfare, Ibrahim Ali Khan shared his views on the changing nature of stardom in 2025 and how it has evolved. He admitted that it is becoming increasingly difficult for young actors to gain a huge following like Bollywood icons of the past. According to him, while previous generations often chased after stars with unparalleled loyalty, Ibrahim believes that this kind of admiration is no longer normal.
“I genuinely believe that we won't get stars like Ranbir Kapoor, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan and Aamir Khan again. That era of actors is gone. It just doesn't work how it used to work in the '80s and in the '90s, when these guys would just stand in front of the camera and the movies would be a hit. People would go crazy over these stars. Nowadays, it's hard to do that. No one can be a star like that,” he shared.
