In collaboration with famous song composer Pritam and Bollywood sensation Ranveer Singh, the International Cricket Council (ICC) has unveiled the official theme for the 2023 World Cup. The song "Dil Jashn Bole," which is slightly over three minutes long, tries to encapsulate and bring together the diverse cricket community. Shloke Lal and Saaveri Verma wrote the lyrics, and Pritam composed the music. Dhanashree Verma, the dancer and wife of cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal also shake a leg with the Bollywood actor in the song.

As they ride the One Day Express through India, fans are taken on an epic trip by the anthem while taking in a never-before-seen celebration in advance of the largest Cricket World Cup ever.

Speaking about the Anthem launch, superstar Ranveer Singh said “As a part of the Star Sports family and a die-hard cricket fan, being part of this anthem launch for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 is truly an honor. It’s a celebration of the sport we all love.”

The musician Pritam also talked about his experience, adding that Cricket is India's greatest passion and writing 'Dil Jashn Bole' for the biggest World Cup ever has been an enormous honor for him. This song invites everyone in the globe to visit India and take part in the largest celebration in human history, not just the 1.4 billion Indian fans.

On October 5, at Ahmedabad's famed Narendra Modi Stadium, the high-octane 50-over competition will begin with defending champions England taking on last year's runners-up, New Zealand. In the 2019 competition, the two teams competed in a thrilling final at Lord's.

The ICC Men's Cricket World Cup 2023 begins on October 5 and concludes on November 19 with the championship match.
