Identity, the recently released Malayalam film starring actor Tovino Thomas in the lead role, is now available for streaming. The crime thriller is streaming on ZEE5 in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kanndada languages. You can use your OTTplay Premium subscription to watch the film.
Identity out on OTT: Here’s where you can stream it
Actor Tovino Thomas opened his account for 2025 with the release of Identity. Written and directed by Akhil Paul and Anas Khan in their second collaboration with Tovino Thomas, Identity is also a crime thriller. The film also features an ensemble star cast, including actors Trisha, Vinay Rai, Aju Varghese, Mandira Bedi, Arjun Radhakrishhnan, and others. Identity is Trisha's return to Malayalam cinema after seven years, since the 2018 film Hey Jude.
After its theatrical run, the film is now available on ZEE5 to stream. Available in south languages, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu, Identity is also available with your OTTplay Premium subscription.
Identity plot and review
In Identity, Tovino Thomas plays a sketch artiste who aids the police, while Vinay Rai is a cop who is protecting eye witness of a murder, played by Trisha. However, after coming to know that the eye witness is suffering from condition that does not let her remember faces, the case gets murkier.

The film is produced by Confident Group and Ragam Movies, with music scored by Jakes Bejoy. The film was decent success at the box office. While Akhil George is the director of photography, Chaman Chakko has edited the crime drama.
