Shah Rukh Khan’s fandom in the country is unmatched, and it is well-known that he has a massive fanbase around the globe as well. We can now be assured that the makers of the upcoming MCU mini-series Ms. Marvel too are amongst them. The show’s makers have now stated that they would reshoot the series if Shah Rukh Khan is ready to join their show.

In an interview with ETimes, producer and writer Sana Amanat was asked about the mentions of Khan’s popular movies such as Baazigar and Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge in the show and whether we would get to see the superstar in a cameo.

She said, "If Shah Rukh Khan wants to be in this show, we will go film again! We'll go back to production, we're (definitely) going back to production! Call somebody!"

Director Adil El Arbi added to this, saying that they would make Bad Boys 3 if the actor was up for it, to which Sana replied that this would be the perfect pitch. Sana also had a message for Khan, saying that they would be all up to work with him if he decides.

Kamala Khan, a Pakistani-American teen growing up in Jersey City is the protagonist of the show and is played by Iman Vellani. The character is also a big fan of Bollywood and even in the comics, there are mentions of Shah Rukh Khan and his movies.

Matt Lintz, Yasmeen Fletcher, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapur, Saagar Shaikh, Rish Shah, Laurel Marsden, Adaku Ononogbo, Laith Nakli, Travina Springer, and Aramis Knight also feature in the series, which will take Kamala/Ms.Marvel to Brie Larson's sequel to Captain Marvel movie, titled The Marvels.

The six-episode series about a Pakistani girl with superpowers, is set to start streaming on Disney+ Hotstar on June 8.
