We had already reported that GV Prakash and Kayadu Lohar will be starring a film titled Immortal. The makers on Wednesday released the teaser of the film, giving a peak into what to expect from the upcoming Tamil film.

The teaser of Immortal, the upcoming Tamil film starring GV Prakash and Kayadu Lohar in the lead roles, was released by the makers.
The teaser of Immortal starts with GV Prakash meeting a beautiful woman, played by Kayadu Lohar. They constantly meet and sparks fly between them, as their meetings get regular. We don't know who they are, but the duo shares intimate moments. However, the mood soon shifts to something serious, as something interrupts the couple. We see a mysterious creature lurking in the shadows. From what the teaser presents, Immortal appears to be a creature feature story, with elements of thriller, mystery, and romance.

It is the first time Kayadu Lohar who was last seen in Tamil in Dragon, will be pairing up with GV Prakash. The cast of Immortal also includes TM Karthik, Kumar Natarajan, Lollu Sabha Maaran, Aaditya Kathir, Arshu Maharjan, Pema Tsamchoe, Sunita Shrestha, and others.
The film is written and directed by Mariyappan Chinna in his directorial debut, with the technical crew including Arun Radhakrishnan cranking the camera and music scored by Sam CS. San Lokesh has handled the edits. A release date for Immortal is yet to be announced.
Meanwhile, GV Prakash is expecting the release of Parasakthi next. It is the 100th film for him as a composer and is gearing up for release on January 10, 2026 for the occasion of Pongal. Headlined by Sivakarthikeyan, Parasakthi also stars Atharvaa, Ravi Mohan, and Sreeleela. GV Prakash also announced his next starrer, Honest Raj, which will have Abbas, Sri Gouri Priya, and others. On the other hand, Kayadu Lohar has a film called Idhayam Murai and one with Silambarasan.
