Everyone was startled when Bollywood stars Malaika Arora and Arbaaz, who were formerly the town's most popular couple, announced their separation. But even after they ended things, they remained close friends. The couple frequently serves as an example to the public of how to peacefully co-parent following divorce.

They once more astounded everyone on Tuesday. In the early hours of Wednesday, the paparazzi spotted Arbaaz and Malla at the Mumbai airport. They came to welcome their son Arhaan. For the uninitiated, the young man is studying overseas and has come home for the holidays.

As they gave Arhaan hugs, the parents appeared incredibly joyful. Malaika was seen beaming with happiness and unable to contain her happiness. Arbaaz and his son also had some heartwarming moments together.

After 18 years of marriage, the couple divorced. Recently, the actress discussed their separation on the reality show Moving In With Malaika. Malaika told Farah Khan, "We drifted. We were too young. I was very young. I think I also changed. I also wanted different things in life. Somewhere I felt that was missing in my space and I needed to move on. I felt the only way I could do that is if I could actually probably let go of certain ties. I think today we are better people. We love and respect each other for the people that we are. We have a child together. So that is something that will never ever change. But I feel we are far better people. Then, I think we were very irritable. Very irritable people. We became angry, negative people."

She later called her ex-husband Arbaaz as a lovely man and claimed that he was helpful to shaping who she is now. Malaika is presently dating Arjun Kapoor and Arbaaz is dating Giorgia Adriani.
