The upcoming episode of Indian Idol 15 will celebrate Raj Kapoor's 100th birth anniversary. Contestants will pay tribute to The Greatest Showman of Indian Cinema by singing songs from his iconic movies. Ahead of the episode, the makers shared a promo featuring Karisma Kapoor who was asked to name one family member that can take forward the legacy of Kapoors. Is it Raha or Taimur? Karisma Kapoor talks about Kapoor family's legacy
On December 14, Sony Entertainment Television shared a new promo of the upcoming episode which will celebrate Raj Kapoor's 100th birth anniversary. During the show, one contestant asked Karisma Kapoor which Kapoor members do not get along well with each other. She said that there is nothing like that but whenever they sit for a meal together, they talk in a very high tone which is normal for them but outsiders think they are quarreling.
The contestant further asked her, "Kareena (Kapoor) ma'am and Ranbir (Kapoor) sir always say that they are following your footsteps. In the coming generation, is it Raha (Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's daughter) or Taimur (Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan's son) who do you think can take forward the legacy of Kapoor's family?" To this, Karisma said, "I don't want to take one name. Okay, let me tell you one name..." Then the promo ended building anticipation.

Meanwhile, another promo of Indian Idol 15 showed Karisma getting emotional. Overwhelmed by the performance of a contestant, Karisma shared, "When I was a child, I used to think about whether I could achieve anything seeing how talented my grandfather is. Thank you for allowing me to be worthy to be Raj Kapoor's granddaughter."

RK Film Festival has been organized in Mumbai this week to mark the occasion of Raj Kapoor's 100th birth anniversary. At the opening night yesterday, December 13, the Kapoor family posed for an iconic picture together. Randhir Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Karisma Kapoor, and others posed together on the red carpet.
