Indian Idol Season 13: All you need to know about the three judges of the music reality show

Indian Idol Season 13 is almost here and it will go on air on October 10 on Sony. The audition started in July and before the first episode gets telecast the 15 participants who are going to be putting up a performance to win the trophy have been announced. Here we take a look at the three judges, the much-celebrated music personalities - Neha Kakkar, Himesh Reshammiya and Vishal Dadlani - who will be sitting on the hot seat and the participants have to impress them alongside the audience across the nation.

Neha Kakkar: Bollywood playback singer and an audience's favourite celebrity on TV, Neha Kakkar is back again as the judge of the Indian Idol Season 13. It is interesting how the singer, at the beginning of her career auditioned and participated in the Indian Idol Season 2 but was quickly eliminated. However, she went on to become one of the most prominent, popular and much-loved voices of the music industry who with several superhit songs like - Kala Chashma, Kar Gayi Chull, London Thumakda, Second Hand Jawaani, O Saki Saki, Dilbar among many others. Neha earlier appeared as a judge in Indian Idol Season 11 and Indian Idol Season 12.

Vishal Dadlani: Vishal Dadlani, one-half of the Vishal Shekhar music director duo, is known for being opinionated, outspoken and highly talented in his singing. His contribution to the music scene is not only as a vocalist but also as a music director and lyricist. Vishal earlier appeared as a judge in Indian Idol Junior Season One and Season Two. Later he also appeared in Indian Idol Season 10 and Season 11. It would be interesting to know how this time Vishal, the singer of Sheila Ki Jawani, Swag Se Swagat, Jab Mila Tu, and Tu Meri among others; will judge the performances of the participants.

Himesh Reshammiya: Singer, actor and music director Himesh Reshammiya is a household name not only for his music but also giving opportunities to new talents and allowing them to flourish as artists. Himesh is known for delivering successful music in films like Aashiq Banaya Aapne, Aksar, Aap Kaa Surroor, and Bodyguard among many others. While earlier Himesh has appeared in the music reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L'il Champs and Sa Re Ga Ma Pa as a judge earlier.
