Indian Matchmaking season 2 trailer: Sima aunty is back and you weren’t ready for it!

One of the most-spoken-about Netflix shows, Indian Matchmaking, is back. Sima aunty takes over in a new season and the promo is not something you were expecting to see! Actually, maybe you were ready for this, since Sima aunty had to take it a notch above!

This time around, the controversial Sima aunty plays cupid to people who are way too picky. She describes them as, “They want everything.”

We even get to see Sima aunty lose her temper more than once. One of the most memorable scenes from the trailer is where she says, “I don’t do a magical wish with a wand.”

Since it is Indian Matchmaking we’re talking about, there are ridiculous situations. One guy wants ‘5 feet 8 inches woman’. That’s it. Another man gets upset because his girl has never dated an Indian guy, especially one with a turban. A third one is left confused because his woman just mentioned that the age thing is cool. And she put it out as a question. Okay.

If you aren’t offended already (which you might not be if you have seen the first season), wait for Sima aunty’s ‘sone pe suhaga comment.’ She ends up giving an advice of ‘gold.’ Sima aunty says, “You have to adjust little. Then life becomes beautiful and smooth.” Something to ponder upon, y’all.

Indian Matchmaking’s second season will start streaming on Netflix on August 10. The show made Sima aunty famous in the first season and now, it looks like she’s determined to top that too! We wouldn’t be surprised if this one comes in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa after Bigg Boss OTT with her ‘matchmaking skills.’
