Sidharth Malhotra went to Mumbai to promote Mission Majnu and film a commercial for a brand. Then he went back to Hyderabad to continue filming for the Indian Police Force. Rohit Shetty is in charge of the Prime Video original series, which is the actor's first long-form project. The shooting has been in full swing in Hyderabad, and both the director and actor have been sharing BTS photos and videos on their social media pages. Now Shetty took to his Instagram page and shared a new still from the sets of Indian Police Force.

In the latest photo, the filmmaker is seen walking on the station platform, while Sidharth is seen inside the train pointing a gun at someone. Shetty is seen with an arm sling after injuring himself on the sets a few days ago. When he posted the photo, the Golmaal director said that the train scene reminded him of Chennai Express, which came out in 2013 and starred Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone.

Shetty captioned the BTS photo, "Shooting a train action sequence reminds me of Chennai Express days… @sidmalhotra #IndianPoliceForce @primevideoin."

"@itsrohitshetty Ek Number Team Shooting Action #IndianPoliceForce #rohitshettyteam #Hyderabad," captioned Sidharth.

Earlier, while talking about Indian Police Force, Shetty had said that he has been working on the series for years and that it's a really special one for him. The filmmaker is excited to work with Amazon Prime Video to bring this narrative to life in a way that will cut across borders and language boundaries, giving him the chance to present it to viewers around the world. Working on this series with the incredibly gifted Sidharth Malhotra makes him incredibly happy. Shetty has always tried to push the boundaries of action-focused entertainment, and he has no doubt that this series will do just that.

Indian Police Force also features Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Vivek Oberoi in pivotal roles.
