After the nerve-wracking shows like House of Secrets: The Burari Deaths and Delhi Crime, Netflix is all set to premiere a new docu-series titled Indian Predator- The Butcher of Delhi soon. The makers have dropped the spine-chilling trailer of the upcoming venture and it's getting bizarre reactions on the internet.

Some of the movie-buffs were seen remembering the days when these heinous incidents were taking place and how the media used to depict them in front of the audience to create even more chaos among the people. Meanwhile, a few Twitter users also seemed disappointed with the title of the upcoming show as such names become the identity of a place or a city which is unfair to the people residing there.

One of the netizens shared the reaction as well as his disappointment with the name of the series. The post reads, "Again a first world fetishisation of third world underbelly for a global audience. Like 'Delhi Crime', Netflix has associated the ferocity of a crime with a place. Such depictions end up defining a city's identity for a long time. 'Predator' is Indian and 'Butcher' is from Delhi. (Sic)."

Another movie-goer wrote, "This reminded me of the fucked up shit news channel used to air in mid 2000s. Aadamkhor baccho ko khane wala and shit. Nind nhi aati thi bc. (Sic)."

Meanwhile, a Twitter user also shared her disappointment with the OTT giant and penned, "At this point I am sure Netflix is just waiting for the next big crime to happen in Delhi for their next documentary (Sic)."

However, there are a few movie-buff, who seemed excited about the upcoming thriller docuseries and shared their excitement related to it. One of the tweets reads, "WE NEED MORE TRUE CRIME. (sic)."

Check out a few more fan reactions here:

Ayesha Sood, the director of the upcoming thriller, mentioned in a recent statement that the non-fiction arena in India is always growing, and she is very glad to be a part of this to produce a gripping story.
