Besides being an actor, the thespian actor Anupam Kher never ceases to inspire everyone. This time round, Anupam Kher took to social media yesterday (on the account of ‘World Health Day’). The ‘Saaransh’ actor posted a video of him working out with the equipment at the gym. After posting the video post, Anupam Kher captioned the post stating, “Maine khush rehna isliye chuna kyuki ye mere swasthya ke liye achcha hai. (I chose to be happy because it is good for my health) Happy #WorldHealthDay #YearOfTheBody.”

No sooner did he post the video on social media, there were many who started pouring in their love, respect and admiration in the form of their messages in the comments section.
