Internet reacts to Kiara Advani being signed opposite Ranveer Singh in Farhan Akhtar's Don 3, says, ‘Cannot imagine don without SRK and junglee bili PC’

It all started off in the year 1978, when film maker Chandra Barot directed Amitabh Bachchan in the Salim–Javed written film ‘Don’, a film that went onto not just create history, but also attained a cult status in Bollywood. Much to everyone’s surprise and even shock, it was Shah Rukh Khan who was chosen to carry the legacy forward of ‘Don’ in its sequels Don: The Chase Begins Again and Don 2.

Just as when everyone was expecting Shah Rukh Khan to be a part of Don 3 as well, the makers dropped a bombshell of sorts by announcing that it will be Ranveer Singh who will be playing the titular role. And today, it was announced that the leading lady in the film ‘Don 3’ will be Kiara Advani. No sooner was the news announced about Kiara Advani coming on board as Roma, in the film ‘Don 3’, the internet gave its reaction.

Internet reacts to Kiara Advani's onboarding Don 3

There were many celebs who posted their good wishes for the film. These celebs included Siddharth Jadhav, Zoya Akhtar, Siddhanth Kapoor, Shibani Akhtar and others. Besides them, there were other users who also posted their ‘sentiments’ for the film. One user wrote, ‘Taking it one level up’.

People having bad taste back then, this is the scene with lot of Bollywood movies now a days.’.

Another user seemed to waiting to ask the question to the users by writing, ‘Why Kiara? Take Priyanka Chopra Jonas’. One user wrote, ‘SRK ke bina DON 3 matlab aalu ke bina samosa’. One netizen even wrote, ‘Cannot imagine don without SRK and junglee bili PC’, while referring to Priyanka Chopra, who had played the lead opposite Shah Rukh Khan in the earlier Don film.
