Today is the birthday of Aamir Khan, the man who redefined Bollywood in his own terms and ways. As a ritual, Aamir Khan celebrates his birthday with the media personnel at his residence wherein he cuts the cake and has a gala time with everyone. Today was no different. Congratulations messages have been pouring in for the birthday boy since midnight of yesterday. Amongst the many messages that Aamir Khan got for his birthday, the one that really stood out was that of his daughter Ira Khan, who took to social media to wish him in a very special manner!

Ira Khan took to social media and posted a bunch of photographs of hers with her father. She, very aptly, captioned the same as, ‘Happy Birthday I was thinking about how you keep messing up my hair… and then I remembered that you’ve been doing that since I was 5!!! With all the boycuts. Love you lots, soon-to-be old man’.
Kiran Rao attends Aamir Khan's birthday celebrations with....
As for today’s birthday celebrations, it was definitely a special one for Aamir Khan, as he was joined by none other than his ex-wife Kiran Rao, to whom he affectionately fed the cake. Today’s celebrations was attended by not just Kiran Rao, but also the cast of the just released film 'Laapataa Ladies', who had come together to celebrate the happy occasion.
As for the film 'Laapataa Ladies’, it has been garnering appreciation from all over for its unique storyline. The film stars actors including Sparsh Shrivastava, Nitanshi Goel, Pratibha Ranta, Chhaya Kadam and also the veteran actor Ravi Kishan in an important role. While the film has been written by Biplab Goswami, Sneha Desai and Divyanidhi Sharma, it has been produced by Aamir Khan, Kiran Rao and Jyoti Deshpande.
As for the film being streamed on OTT after its theatrical run, we had reported today that the film’s makers have struck a deal with Jio Cinema for a huge remuneration. The official announcement of the same, is however, being awaited.
