Adele has been dating Rich Paul for over two years now and they seem to have taken the next steps in their relationship. Adele has often dropped hints that they were engaged and now, she has once again sparked strong marriage speculations by nearly confirming him as her ‘husband.’ Thus, it looks like they might have secretly gotten hitched. This is not the first time when they sparked such rumours.

Referring him as ‘husband’ and herself as a wife

During her Las Vegas residency shows, Adele referred to Rich as her ‘husband.’ It did not stop at that, she also called her his wife. This has started the speculation that the couple got married secretly. However, neither Rich or Adele have confirmed or denied the rumours so far.

Adele sports diamond ring since 2021

Adele and Rich had gone Instagram official and she was seen sporting a diamond ring in September 2021. By December, she said she was open to marriage again, for it was the safest feeling she had in her life. She rocked another massive diamond ring during the BRIT awards in February 2022. This was in the middle of their break-up rumours. Adele addressed those too stating, “Rich sends his love.” She shut down engagement rumours during her Elle US cover story in August 2022 by stating that she just loves high-end jewellery.

Moving in together?

There were speculations that Adele and Rich moved in together in May 2022. Rich further added fuel to the fire by stating that he was interested in being an ‘older dad’ during his June interview. By July, Adele too said that she’d like to have more kids. In August 2022, Adele put the marriage rumours to rest but said that she might as well be married. In June 2023, during her Las Vegas concert, Adele gushed that she intends to remain married for the rest of her life to her man.

When a fan asked to marry her, Adele said, You can’t marry me. I’m straight, my love, and my husband’s here tonight.” She added, “I’m with Rich. You’re crazy, leave me alone.” On September 24, she called Rich her husband and herself, ‘not the greatest wife when it comes to football.’ “I’m not the brightest wife, really, when it comes to football, even though my partner absolutely loves it,” she was heard saying.
