Is Ameesha Patel NOT HAPPY to be a part of Gadar 2 because of Anil Sharma Productions?

After a gap of 22 years, the sequel of Gadar: Ek Prem Katha (2001) titled Gadar 2 is all set to arrive at the theatres globally. The upcoming movie features talented actors Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel in titular roles and the film is slated to be released on August 11.

Ahead of the film’s release, the promotions of it are going on in full swing. 65-year-old Sunny Deol and 47-year-old Ameesha Patel are leaving no stone unturned to make their fans fall in love with the upcoming film in the near future.

In the middle of these developments, a report by ETimes suggests that Ameesha Patel is not happy being a part of Gadar 2. She has even allegedly launched a verbal attack against the production house of the movie claiming that her food bills and travelling expenses remain unpaid.

This report has been confirmed by Ameesha Patel herself on Twitter. In a series of tweets today, Ameesha elaborately said, “Certain incidents regarding ANIL SHARMA PRODUCTIONS have taken place in regard to the final schedule of GADAR 2 that took place end May in CHANDIGARH!! There were certain queries that many technicians, makeup artists, costume designers and others had. They did not receive their rightful remuneration and dues from ANIL SHARMA PRODUCTIONS!! Yes, they did not!! But @ZeeStudios_stepped in and made sure all dues were settled as they are a very professional company!”

“Yes, from accommodation, to transport, to Chandigarh airport, on the final day, to food bills... all were unpaid and cars were not provided to certain cast and crew members leaving them stranded! But yet again @zeestudios stepped in and corrected these issues caused by ANIL SHARMA PRODUCTIONS!!!,” she tweeted.

Ameesha Patel reprises the role of Sakina in Gadar 2. On the work front, Ameesha was last seen on screen in Bigg Boss Season 13 – a TV show aired in the year 2019.
