Is Lagaan's Guran Suryakumar Yadav's coach? Fans at Adelaide carry hilarious poster to IND vs ENG semi-final clash

Being the second-highest run-scorer currently at the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2022, Suryakumar Yadav's fan following has only seen a massive increase. His ability to hit boundaries all over the ground has also given him the title of Mr 360 degree. In the clash against Zimbabwe, he played a knock of 61 runs off 25 deliveries in which many of his shots came behind the wicket.

In the semi-final clash, while, he managed to score just 14 runs in 10 deliveries in Adelaide, posters for the batter were seen across the stadium.

Some were in fact seen holding a poster in connection with Aamir Khan's movie 'Lagaan'. In the poster, the character Guran can be seen batting - a batter from the movie who was hitting the ball across the park. 

The fans believe that the movie character could be the coach of Suryakumar Yadav. Check out the hilarious poster below.

As for the clash. India, somehow managed to score 168 runs and lost six wickets. The Men in Blue lost the opener KL Rahul quite early but Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma stitched a 47 run partnershi.

After the captain was dismissed, Hardik Pandya and Kohli's half centuries each helped put on some total on the board.
