Is Pooja Hegde the lead opposite Shahid Kapoor in Rosshan Andrrews' film?

Following his work on Jersey, the actor shot Bloody Daddy and Farzi, both for digital release, under the direction of Raj and DK. He then started working on the untitled Dinesh Vijan/Kriti Sanon romantic comedy. According to Pinkvilla, Shahid Kapoor and Rosshan Andrews are reportedly in talks to star in a suspense movie.

According to Pinkvilla, Rosshan and Siddharth Roy Kapur have officially cast Pooja Hegde as the film's female lead. The actor has been cast as the female protagonist opposite Shahid since Rosshan and Siddharth wanted to start over with the cast. From what the entertainment portal has heard, it's an action thriller, and the cast and crew can't wait to get it out to the public. Koi Shaq is a fitting title for Rosshan's film, which takes place in the whodunit subgenre of action thrillers. Siddharth serves as the film's producer with Zee Studios.
