Is Ranveer Singh planning to make a Hollywood debut? Speculations rise as he signs up with a talent agency representing Hugh Jackman

Bollywood star Ranveer Singh is one of the most valuable celebrities in the entertainment industry. After making a debut in Yash Raj Films' romantic comedy Band Baaja Baaraat in 2010, there is no turning back in his career.

Over the years, he has delivered several blockbusters including films like Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela (2013), Bajirao Mastani (2015) and Padmaavat (2018), Simmba (2018) and Gully Boy (2019) to name a few.

And now, this versatile actor seemingly will soon make his debut in the world of Hollywood. According to a report in Deadline, “Ranveer Singh has signed on for global representation with the Hollywood talent agency William Morris Endeavor (WME). With this, he will now be represented globally by WME, an agency that already represents Hollywood stars like Ben Affleck, Hugh Jackman, Michelle Williams, Christian Bale, Matt Damon, and Jennifer Garner. He will also be represented by India’s Collective Artists Network.”

Nowadays, he is in the news as the actor has partnered with the English Premier League in India as well as the National Basketball Association (NBA) as their brand ambassador in India.

Singh will next star in Karan Johar's romantic comedy Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani opposite Alia Bhatt. This film is slated to hit the theatres on July 28 and will mark the return of ace filmmaker Johar in the world of Bollywood after a gap of seven years. Johar last directed the film, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil released in 2016.

Talking about his personal life, Ranveer is married to popular Bollywood star Deepika Padukone. Deepika is the highest paid Bollywood actress along with Alia Bhatt. As per a report published in HT City on Tuesday, Deepika and Alia charge over Rs 2 crores per social media post for an advertisement.

Deepika has featured as an award presenter in this year’s Oscars 2023 ceremony, while Alia will soon make her debut in Hollywood with her film Heart of Stone that is slated to release on Netflix this year.
