We had told you Ram Charan and Shankar Shanmugham were collaborating on RC 15 (tentatively called), a political drama. Grapevine has it that the makers are planning to title it, Adhikari. Although we await official confirmation, the name has been well received on social media, as it is appropriate for all of the languages in which the film is being produced.
Ram Charan is said to be playing a double role that of a father and a son. Multiple reports claim that the father character appears in the flashback, and it is going to be both powerful and unique. RC 15 was shot in and around Amritsar, Rajamahendravaram and Hyderabad, thus far.
The film has Kiara Advani and Anjali as leading ladies. While we hear Kiara plays the love interest of younger Charan, Anjali will be seen as his mother.
Srikanth, Naveen Chandra, Jayaram, and Sunil are said to be seen in supporting roles.
SJ Suryah is rumoured to be playing the antagonist of the film. Despite his fantastic performance in Mahesh Babu's psycho-thriller, Spyder, the director-turned-actor did not get his due among the Telugu audience.

The film, which has music by Thaman, is bankrolled by Dil Raju and Sirish, under Sri Venkateswara Creations.
The project has cinematography by Tirru and Rathnavelu. And, Shameer Muhammed will take care of the editing.
Ram Charan's latest release was SS Rajamouli's RRR (currently streaming on Zee5). The film also featured Jr NTR, Alia Bhatt, and Ajay Devgn among others minted the Rs 1000 crore club at the box office.
RC 15 revolves around the story of an upright IAS officer, and how he takes on the corrupt Chief Minister.
The first look poster and title launch of the film will be out soon. RC 15 is expected to hit the theatres in 2023, for Sankranti.
