Is Srabanti dating a director? The actress gives a fitting reply

Besides her long list of works, actress Srabanti Chatterjee has always been in news for her marriages. She got married three times, but none of the wedlock lasted for long. A legal case against her third husband Roshan is going on for a while. News of her romantic adventures came to the headlines more than once. Sometimes it was with her building complex Urbana's resident Abhirup Nag Choudhury, and sometimes it was with her gym trainer. She was also heard to have an affair with a Tollywood director. Suddenly a picture of their coffee date went viral. What is the mystery behind it?

In the photo, Subhrajit Mitra is shown along with Srabanti. He directed Abhijatrik and is now bringing Debi Choudhurani. Srabanti is supposed to play the protagonist. They met to discuss the character. 

Srabanti is unhappy with the rumor regarding her new relationship. According to a report by Aajtak Bangla, Srabanti said that they met in the coffee shop to discuss the character. She also said that she calls the director Dada. Hence she does not like such baseless rumors. 

Debi Choudhurani, a big-budget film, is going to be released in six Indian languages. Prosenjit Chattopadhyay will play Bhabani Pathak. The screenplay is written based on folktales and the archives of the East India Company. The Sannyasi Rebellion of that time will get specific importance in the film. The British rulers faced difficulties to suppress the rebellion. Action is therefore given importance. The noted Bollywood action director, Vicky Kaushal's father Shyam Kaushal, is contacted. 

On the other hand, the court stalled the case of divorce and alimony of Srabanti and Roshan. Roshan filed a perjury case according to IPC 340 against the actress. His lawyer Shyamal Mondal said that Srabanti demanded monthly alimony of seven lakhs. The actress was trolled after the news went viral.
